First on the top right click on your username after you have logged in ! And follow the instructions on the pictures to edit your profile and preferences !



That will show you another personal menu which also can be reached by clicking on the Profile button in the Nav. Menu.
Go through each tab that is marked red on the picture !



Upload an Avatar picture to represent yourself or choose one from our Gallery !



Follow the instructions on the picture marked in red to view your personal Profile Message Wall !
